About the Artists & Speakers
Sheena Dempsey is from Cork, Ireland, and has been working in children’s books for fifteen years and has illustrated over thirty five books. Pablo and Splash - her best-selling graphic novel series about two time-travelling penguins - has been shortlisted for several awards including the British Book Awards. She lives in Folkestone, Kent with her husband Mick and their beautiful greyhound Jeremy.
