Camilla Chester is a dog walker who writes.
Camilla’s children’s novel, entitled Call Me Lion, was shortlisted for the Oxfordshire and Portsmouth Awards in 2023, won the SCBWI 2023 Crystal Kite Award, is long listed in the 2024 UKLA Award, was selected in the 2023 Read For Empathy List, is published in Germany, and has sold in France and Japan. Camilla has also self published three other novels for children. She also writes for the popular online school resources, Serial Mash and Fiction Express.
